Change is inevitable! At times it happens quickly, and at other times it is a journey. We have been on a “change journey” at Going Global Inc. for a couple of years, and it’s been received well.
Bob Gustafson joined Going Global Inc. three years ago. He is very creative and has been instrumental in the development of our social media and website. He is an excellent communicator, especially cross culturally. Bob has the same passion and dedication to orphans, widows, and pastors in remote areas that is our foundation for ministry. Effective this January, Bob will become the President of Going Global Inc., and Dennis will become the Chairman of the Board/Treasurer. Robin will remain the Secretary. The day-to-day operation of the ministry will fall into Bob’s area of responsibility.
We have worked side by side for the last few years and recognize his ability to create, lead, and communicate well, especially with our overseas partners and people who support our ministry. Bob excels at coming alongside our partners to help them accomplish what God put on their hearts. He will organize and lead overseas trips.

Christmas Outreach Updates - Part 1
Thank you to the individuals, businesses, and churches who came together this Christmas to send financial support for outreaches worldwide. Because of your generosity, thousands heard the good news of Jesus. Orphans, children, and widows received gifts, and thousands enjoyed a warm meal. Below is Part 1 of our update, featuring the Andaman and Nicobar Islands, Nepal, and Cuba. We look forward to sharing more next month.
Andaman and Nicobar Islands
Our friends on the islands spent weeks preparing a flatbed truck equipped with a sound system, dancers, Christmas decorations, singers, and a gospel presentation. Raja, Sheeba, and their team traveled across the islands, drawing large gatherings of people. They prayed for the sick and for those who wanted to accept Jesus as Lord and Savior of their lives. We pray that this outreach marks a significant moment that paves the way for new churches to grow and flourish.
Nepal
Paul and his team ministered to thousands of children and widows in the slums and remote villages. The team brought gifts, meals, and the message of Jesus to those in need. In January, a small team from our organization will join Paul in Nepal. We are humbled and grateful to be part of the incredible work God is doing there.
Cuba
Manuel and his team organized children’s events at multiple locations throughout Cuba. Many years ago, God placed a word in Dennis’s heart that Cuba would be reached through ministry to children. Today, we are witnessing the fulfillment of that vision, and we give all glory to God!

We have the joy of working alongside incredible partners to whom God is giving a vision for their nations. As we prayerfully look ahead, we see the next three years as an opportunity to grow our capacity for making strategic Kingdom investments.
This photograph was taken in the Andaman and Nicobar Islands, where a big vision is unfolding. Two years ago, we helped make a down payment on land where they plan to build a Bible college. The mission of the college is to train pastors who will plant churches across all the islands. With over one million people living in this remote area, most have no church on their island.
The ministry in this region is God’s idea, and we trust His provision and timing. While Raja and Sheeba continue to trust God for the resources to purchase the land, they are taking steps of faith. The Bible school currently operates out of the church; 14 church planters have already been sent, and 18 more are ready to go.

Christmas Kids’ Conference
Peter Wanyonyi and Upper Room Church in Kenya hosted a 3-day conference for 600 children from December 22–24. We were amazed—where else in the world can you find 600 kids coming together to learn about Jesus during the busy Christmas season?
Keith Schommer and Dan Kerkhoff (board members), Brad and Shawna Cline (who traveled with us to Kenya in 2024), and Bob Gustafson participated by Zoom in the conference. Together, they led engaging Bible story sessions and encouraged the children in their faith journey.
It’s truly wonderful how technology continues to transform the way we connect and engage in global missions.
