ANNUAL REPORT

2025

THE WORLD IS ON GOD'S HEART.
IS IT ON YOURS?

Dear Friends and Partners,

One of the most meaningful moments for me in 2025 happened on the final morning of a trip to Nepal.

Before heading to the airport, our team shared breakfast with our dear ministry partners, Paul and Bhawana, along with their three daughters. Bhawana and the girls were beautifully dressed in traditional Nepali clothing. My first thought was how kind and thoughtful it was that they had dressed up so nicely to say goodbye to us. Then I realized it was Sunday morning, and they would soon be leaving for church.

In my mind, I pictured something familiar. I imagined a typical church gathering, similar to what many of us experience here in the United States. But what I discovered challenged and inspired me deeply. They were not heading to a traditional church building. They were going to worship in a slum.

Many of you have seen photos of the little pink room in Kathmandu. To some, it may look simple or even insignificant. But that pink room was holy ground. It was a slum school, a safe place for abused and neglected children, a place where kids could use a restroom and take a shower because many did not have access to either in their homes. It was a place where thousands received food, clean water, education, love, dignity, and hope. Most importantly, it was a place where people heard the Good News of Jesus Christ and became His disciples.

That pink room was where Paul and his team were being the Church. Every Sunday, their entire family went there to worship alongside the poor, the orphan, and the widow. And their ministry did not stop on Sunday. They continued being the hands and feet of Jesus Monday through Saturday as well.

Paul once shared something with me that I will never forget. He said they were reaching people who would never walk into the average Nepali church, so instead of waiting for them to come, they went to them.

That morning, I experienced a deeper revelation of the words of Jesus in Luke 15:4: “Suppose one of you has a hundred sheep and loses one of them. Doesn’t he leave the ninety-nine in the open country and go after the lost sheep until he finds it?”

Again and again, this is what I have witnessed in the lives of the incredible men and women we are honored to partner with around the world. They are called, gifted, compassionate servants who willingly leave the ninety-nine who are found to pursue the one who is lost.

What makes this story even more meaningful to me is that this letter has been developing in my heart over many months through prayer and through what I believe God has been speaking to me personally.

As I write this in May 2026, the pink room no longer exists.

The government of Nepal has begun demolishing the slums throughout Kathmandu. Bulldozers moved in and flattened the homes of more than 500,000 people. Entire communities were suddenly displaced, and the families Paul and his team faithfully served have now been scattered throughout different areas of the city.

That little pink room where children found safety, where worship filled the air, where meals were shared, where people encountered Jesus, has been destroyed. But the mission has not stopped.

Paul and his team are already praying, planning, and seeking God for wisdom on how to continue reaching the one who is lost. They are asking the Lord for divine strategy on how to regather these scattered communities and continue being the Church beyond the walls of a building.

And maybe that is the deeper lesson in all of this. The Church was never ultimately a pink room. The Church is the people of God, filled with the Spirit of God, going wherever necessary to reach people with the love of Jesus Christ.

As you read this annual report, I want you to know that this story is also your story. Thank you for your partnership with Going Global Inc. Our logo is connected to a simple but powerful question: “The world is on God’s heart. Is it on yours?” So many of you have answered that question with a resounding yes.

Through your prayers, generosity, encouragement, and faithfulness, you are helping bring the love of Jesus to under-evangelized, under-resourced, and under-served areas of the world. Together, we are seeing children rescued, churches strengthened, leaders equipped, widows cared for, and the lost encountered by the saving grace of Christ.

Please continue praying for the incredible men and women we are honored to serve alongside around the world. Pray that God would give them supernatural wisdom, favor, creativity, protection, strength, and open doors as they continue reaching the lost, caring for the vulnerable, and advancing the Gospel in some of the most challenging places on earth.

Even in uncertainty, we believe the Good Shepherd is still pursuing the one.

Thank you for believing in this mission and for helping us leave the ninety-nine to go after the one.

With gratitude,
