The Joy Carrying Us Into The New Year

As we step into the new year, our hearts are still full from what God did through your generosity in 2025 and especially during the Christmas season. Below is a brief Christmas update from a few of our Global Partners:

Andaman and Nicobar Islands

Mobile Christmas Outreaches

Through Mobile Christmas Outreaches, the Gospel traveled to villages across the islands. A decorated Gospel truck drew crowds as Bible college students and church members shared skits and messages explaining why Jesus came. Tens of thousands heard the Good News, hundreds came forward for prayer, and many experienced healing as God moved powerfully.

Children’s Christmas Outreaches

More than 1,000 children were reached through Christmas outreaches held in churches, community centers, and open grounds. For many, this was their first time hearing the true meaning of Christmas—that Jesus came because He loves them. Each child received a Christmas gift and a special meal, and the Word of God was planted in young hearts, seeds we trust will bear lasting fruit.

Widows’ Christmas Outreaches

Hundreds of widows gathered for Christmas celebrations filled with compassion and dignity. Many arrived carrying deep sorrow and loneliness but left encouraged by the reminder that God sees and loves them. Through the sharing of the Gospel, gifts, and a special Christmas meal, many experienced comfort, peace, and renewed hope through Jesus Christ.

Love Children’s Home Christmas Celebration

The Christmas celebration at Love Children’s Home was a joyful and vibrant event as children decorated the campus with festive lights and colors. Nearly 1,000 people gathered, including local officials, to witness God’s transforming work. Each child received new clothes and a wristwatch, and the Gospel message reminded everyone that Jesus brings new beginnings.

Nepal

Nepal Village Church Outreaches

Through nine village churches in Paul’s network, Christmas outreaches reached thousands with the message of Christ. These churches shared the Gospel while providing blankets, jackets, and a warm meal to children and widows. The love of Jesus was demonstrated through both compassionate care and the hope found in the Christmas story.

Kathmandu Slum Church Outreach

At the Kathmandu slum church, the Christmas outreach brought hope to children and widows facing extreme hardship. The Gospel was shared while practical needs were met through warm meals and winter clothing. In a place marked by poverty and struggle, the message of Jesus’ birth reminded many that they are seen, valued, and deeply loved by God.

Myanmar

Christmas at Love Children’s HomeA large Christmas service was held on the grounds of Love Children’s Home, with more than 1,500 people in attendance. Over 1,000 of those present were not Christians, and during the service, 20 people gave their lives to Jesus. The Christmas message was clearly shared, and food along with Bible materials were distributed to more than 1,500 people.

Myanmar Prison Christmas Outreaches

Christmas outreaches were held inside prisons, where inmates heard the Gospel message. Many responded in faith, choosing to give their lives to Him. Each inmate received a Christmas gift and Bible materials, bringing encouragement and hope into a place often marked by despair.

Word for the Year

Happy New Year!

Each year instead of a New Year’s resolution, I choose one word to focus on throughout the year. It is revealed in different ways such as a sermon, song, conversation with someone. This year the word is “Enough.”  I heard a pastor say in a sermon, “There is always enough oil in the jar.” He was referring to 1 Kings 17:16, the story of Elijah and the widow of Zarephath. The widow was willing to give all she had to feed Elijah and in return the Lord miraculously kept her jar of flour and oil full.

At times our jar becomes low or even empty. Money, energy, enthusiasm, even faith can run low. On occasion, in our personal life and in Going Global Inc., the jar may seem low, but God always shows up miraculously! There is never too much oil in the jar but always enough.  And who do we thank—first of all Jehovah Jireh our Provider. Secondly, we thank you for your constant prayers and financial support that helps keep the jar full!

May God continue to bless all of you throughout 2026 and may your jar always have enough too!

Sincerely,

Dennis and Robin Nonnemacher

We thank you in advance for praying for the following:

  • Pray for God’s guidance over our 2026 plans with our Global Partners.

  • Pray for more harvest workers, and that they would not grow discouraged as they serve in difficult places.

Ministry Goal

“And their eyes were opened and they recognized Him.” - Luke 24:31

We founded Going Global Inc. in 2007 with this ministry goal. It remains our heart today. Thank you for praying and partnering with us. Together, we can achieve much!
