Look what the Lord has done!

Greetings,

It’s always enjoyable to look back over the past year to absorb what the Lord has done with those we partner with around the world. This year is no different. All the hustle and bustle of the holidays are behind us. Now we look back at 2022 and also forward to 2023.

We asked our partners to share some statistics from 2022, and we want to pass them along to you. We take no credit for what they accomplished. We came along side of them with you to help them accomplish what God put on their hearts. Your prayers and generosity made the following possible. What you are about to read is nothing short of amazing! It is the sum of all the nations we partner in which include Myanmar, Bangladesh, Vietnam, Andaman Islands, Nepal, Kenya, Cuba, Israel, and Belize.

Meals served – 1.2 million

Orphans loved – 775

Salvations – 1,581

Students trained – 3,041

Widows loved – 1,019

Women rescued – 460

Reached with the Gospel – 300,000 +

Once again we thank you for helping to make this possible through your generosity and prayers. You are making a big difference in the world.

Grateful for you,

The Going Global Team

Christmas Outreaches

We love Christmas at Going Global Inc. It’s a time of year that we have the opportunity to meet some really practical needs by giving gifts to orphans, street children, widows, and the poor. As our partners around the globe see the joy of a child getting a warm blanket, sharing a meal, and even rice that will last for months, we are able to then meet spiritual needs by sharing the good news of Jesus Christ. John 10:10 says that Jesus came to give life to the full. Thank you for partnering with us in sharing the message of Jesus in the world this past Christmas. Thousands of people were reached with the gospel message, and many accepted Christ.

We put together a video that we would like to invite you to watch. It will encourage you as you see what the Lord has done in 2022 and Christmas through our partners worldwide.

Love Children’s Home

Meet two of our newest additions to our LCH family, Mai Pan Wutyee Lin (aka Pan Pan, 3 year old) and Mai Pan Wati Lin (Aka Piti, one year old). Their father abandoned them with their mother and never came back. During that time, their mother was working at a clothing factory with minimum wage, but after their father left, she quit her job to take care of her two daughters. Their mother struggled to bring food to the table so sometimes they had to go all day without food. After months of struggling, their mother heard about LCH from a friend, so she decided to bring her daughters, hoping to survive from starvation. Now, the girls are at LCH, under a safe environment. Their mother is also helping in the ministry in anyway she can. In a few years, they will start school, and we are here to provide their needs: physically, spiritually, and educationally in any way we can.

Nepal Village Outreach

Paul and his team distributed nearly 1,000 blankets, knit caps, socks, and meals during Christmas outreaches in Nepal. Pictured here are children who live in a slum in a village called Chitwan. The children heard about Christ and many gave their lives to Him that day.

Food For Thought

“Don’t be discouraged; don’t be disturbed, for I fully expect my Savior-God to break through for me. Living before His face is my saving grace.” Ps 43:5 PTB

This time of the year can be difficult for some. Family struggles, death or sickness of loved ones, financial issues can bring discouragement to even the strongest person. The psalm writer felt the pain too! But he turned to God. His hope was in God’s faithfulness. Try it and see.

Prayer Requests

You can be an important part of our ministry by praying for us. Prayer is a weapon of warfare, and we covet your prayers. If you would like us to pray for you, e-mail your prayer requests to us. Please pray for the following:

We thank you, in advance, for praying for the following:

  • Your pastors and their families.

  • Our 2023 ministry plans.

  • Need to purchase land and build a school for the Bible School in the Andaman Islands.

  • For the Peter Thang Private School opening in 2023.

Ministry Goal

“And their eyes were opened and they recognized Him.” Luke 24:31

We founded Going Global Inc. in 2007 with this ministry goal. It is still our heart today. Thank you for praying and partnering with us. Together, we can do a lot!
