Hope, Worship, and Compassion in the Holy Land

We want to share an update from our partner Pastor Mazen at Jerusalem Alliance Church in the Old City of Jerusalem. Their ministry reflects both bold gospel witness and compassionate care in some of the world's most sensitive and spiritually significant places.

We thank God for His faithfulness and for the partnership that makes ministry in Israel and the surrounding region possible. Through our local partners, the gospel continues to go forth in powerful and creative ways even amid conflict, uncertainty, and great need.

Our partners shared deep gratitude for the prayers, encouragement, and support that carried them through 2025. They are stepping into 2026 with faith and expectation, trusting the Lord to lead and provide as they continue serving their communities.

Sharing the Gospel During Christmas in Jerusalem and Bethlehem

During December, our partners gave many meaningful opportunities to serve their communities and share the message of Jesus.

One of the highlights was a Christmas outreach for non-Christians held at their church in the Old City of Jerusalem. Truth seekers gathered with anticipation to hear about the birth of Jesus. The evening included Christmas songs and carols, followed by a clear gospel message from the pastor. Children and adults also participated in a hands-on arts-and-crafts activity, creating nativity scenes. This simple but powerful experience communicated the story of Christ’s birth and God’s love.

Compassion and Mercy

Another special celebration took place at the CAMA Center, where more than 60 elderly women experienced the ministry team's care, warmth, and compassion. The CAMA Center, which stands for Compassion and Mercy Associates, is a faith-based organization in Jerusalem’s Old City that serves vulnerable and marginalized people through humanitarian aid, practical care, and community-focused outreach  across religious and ethnic lines.

Providing Relief and Hope

Despite ongoing challenges, our partner has resumed humanitarian aid efforts and sharing the gospel. Working alongside local believers and organizations, they distributed fresh food to displaced families.

A total of 125 food parcels were distributed, reaching over 800 people, many of them children. Each parcel contained fresh vegetables and fruit  to help meet urgent nutritional needs during this difficult time.

This work continues through trusted local partners, including the Jerusalem Alliance Church. Next month, winter clothing will be distributed to children. We are deeply grateful for their faithfulness and courage in serving both physical and spiritual needs.

How to pray for our partner in Israel:

For 2026 Ministry PlansPray for wisdom, guidance, and provision as our partners expand their programs, with a special emphasis on discipleship and the growing church plant in Bet Hanina.

For Revival in Bet SahourPray for continued spiritual growth and protection as the congregation continues to grow each week, and for God’s provision of additional space as needed.

For Church and Outreach TeamsPray for strength, unity, and courage for pastors, leaders, and volunteers serving locally and in outreach programs, and that many more would come to know Jesus.

For FamiliesPray for displaced families and children who received food aid, asking God to provide for their needs, bring hope in difficult circumstances, and open doors for the Gospel.

Harvest Workers in Cuba

Our partners in Cuba continue to faithfully invest in the next generation of gospel leaders. On January 17, 2026, the Interdenominational School of Evangelism Power and Light celebrated the graduation of 32 students in Bahía Honda, Artemisa.

These graduates come from both the Evangelical League of Cuba and the Assemblies of God, representing a strong spirit of unity across denominations. The ceremony marked an important step toward equipping leaders committed to teaching Scripture and proclaiming the gospel in their local communities.

This graduation was the 31st ceremony of the 2025–2026 academic year! They will train more than 1,000 students each year through the school. With each graduating class, the school strengthens its mission to prepare equipped, faithful workers to serve God and extend His message throughout Cuba.

We thank God for what He is doing through these leaders and for the opportunity to partner in raising up trained servants who will carry the gospel into communities across the island.

Myanmar Orphan Story

Through our partnership with Love Children Home, we are celebrating Thwe, one of our young adults who earned her Diploma in HR Management. Thwe came to Love Children Home at just five years old. Through years of care, discipleship, and education, she has grown into a capable leader. Today, she serves as the Head of HR at Peter Thang Private School. Her journey shows what is possible when children are loved, nurtured, and given opportunity.
